Senators, I have decided to resign my seat in the Supreme Court as soon as the currently running polls and elections are over. You can read my post in the Town Square for a full explanation on my part. I would recommend that, once I make my resignation final, you also dismiss my absent colleague Von Clausewitz, so the People can elect a new Court in full. Until such time, if there is any pressing matter you need the SC to attend to, please let me know! Thank you, --MM

It has to be put to a vote by the Senate (Princep) for the citizens. You're waiting for that to occur. The weekend isn't the best time for these type of things, so I'd imagine that's why it hasn't happened as of yet.
