Unless he's right, that is, but how likely is that?<P>I do have a tiny problem with the Constitution in that I haven't <EM>exactly</EM> gotten around to reading it yet but if there are any arguments, you guys just quote the relevant bits and I won't have to do any tedious research will I? That'll make me happy, and a happy Judge is, erm, a good thing. More likely to turn up every now and again at least, I would have thought.</P><P>Another good thing I might mention is that if I am made Splendid Judicial Celtic Highness then some people may well have an apoplectic fit of disbelief, which should be damn amusing.
