Sorry for my absence. My internet konked out on Friday, then I had guests all weekend, and then jury duty Monday through Wednesday. Just got internet working this afternoon.

Well...

Scorpius hasn't signed in for 2 weeks, and Scipio nearly 1 week.

So you are proposing we leave myself, PSweet and Biz in power in the Senate?...

*rubs hands mischeiviously*... :P

I'd have no problem with it, as long as the constitutional amendment is put to the vote for the people in the required way.

We would then serve out this term, and have elections for only 3 seats next election period.

In regard to the Justices, MM has been about frequently, it's just VC that has gone AWOL. We could potentially organise an election to replace VC, or another consitutional vote (perhaps joined with this one) to reduce the number of Justices to 1. (remember Justices have no deputies)

Haha... that just reminded me of Civ 2, when as a Democracy you tried to use spies too much and got caught... "Scandal in the Senate! Government falls!" or something like that... :D

We can drop the houses that Scorpius and Scipio currently represent and move on. (If both justices fail to show up much longer, I'm of a mind to propose a similar adjustment for the supreme court.)
