i propose, in addition to this open borders proposal, that france pays us tribute for this act of kindness. If and when my proposal to form a military branch is fulfilled, we can back up ourselves so they will have to pay tribute. with such a tribute to us we could build more wonders, troops and businesses in our cities.

Fellow Senators,

I believe it makes sense for our nation to agree to an open borders treaty with France. Some of the citzenry have also expressed this belief.

I think it will assist in our exploration, and we do not appear to have anything to lose at this stage. France is friendly towards us and shares the same religion (Hinduism)
