Thus proportionally represented.</FONT></P><P><FONT color=#3333dd>(b) In cases where the candidate stepping down is not the leader, the leading candidate at the end of the election period should win the election as expected.</FONT></P><P><FONT color=#3333dd>(c) If conditions (a) or (b) are not met, the election is void and must be re-held without said candidate.</FONT></P><P><FONT color=#111111><BR><FONT color=#3333dd>*For SC Elections, this would be the Princep/Senate.
