Perhaps... but what exatly are the benefits of saving our ands? The quintessential issue here is not unlike that present in the argument "a rolling stone gathers no moss." The benefits of having a covering of moss, of course, appear to be at best intangible and most likely nonexist... So your argument isn't very compelling. Besides, from what I've seen, PC users are just as short on ands as their Mac compatriots. Unless they're hiding their ands. Didn't think of that.
