I just figured this out, When you start up CIV and it ask you for a CD in OS X, the only available button it the Quit, However
If you click on the CD icon in that same box, you can still play with out a CD...I never knew this. I wonder if this will work in OS 9, Ill have to wait till I get home to try it.

Its just an OSX thing...mac os 9 falls short on this ability. Should 9 get taken out behind the shed and shot?

Well, I can see that this will certainly entrall the many mac users that come to this community, all 3 including myself.

Any willing to break their CD in disgust are welcome to join me in a CD breaking party this weekend. I plan to ship them directly to firaxis after the party is over via 3rd day delivery.
