Nope, and it never will be.
First of all, Macsoft apparently thinks that the Mac Civving community wouldn't know a good thing if it knocked them upside the head, and is too irrationally nervous about sales figures to even consider porting an expansion pack. To be brutally honest, though, I would probably buy two copies if they ported it, if for no other reason than to boost sales figures. Macsoft's lack of support to Firaxis's buggy titles has probably driven away a few potential customers, though.
Second of all, Firaxis has in the past year released a second expansion pack to Civ 3, Civ 3 Conquests. Conquests is (almost) the game that Civ 3 should have been, and includes all the features of Play the World. So if anything were to be ported, it would be Conquests, not PTW.
