I've heard nothing about being able to move onto the same tile, but I doubt that would happen, anyways.


With the move towards some alpha centauri features, I would be surprised if gifting units and sharing tiles would be included. I remember old SMAC games where I'd ally with the spartans and they'd give me 10-12 units in the immidiate vacinity of my cities for no apparent reason... other than to 'defend myself'. I usually moved the unit back to them and gave it back anyway. hehe

Well' I sure hope that both options will be avilable .
You should defently be able to trade units, it would make the game much more intresting with more possibilties.
It would defently mean that overwhelming an enemy might be risky, and would let a small civ more power, like today where size doesnt really matter.
