The First Turn: Ness

1. 4000BC: Founded Utopia, started irrigation on the wheat north of the city.

2. 3950BC: Started researching Writing, set science to 10%, netting 4gpt.

3. 3900BC: The nice slow growth of the start of the game begins.

4. 3850BC:

5. 3800BC:

6. 3750BC: We build our first Warrior (The Axe Wielders) and finish our first land improvement. Time to start mining.

7. 3700BC:

8. 3650BC:

9. 3600BC:

10. 3550BC:

11. 3500BC: We build our second Warrior (The Grizzly Bandits).

12. 3450BC:

13. 3400BC: Our second land improvement is complete.

14. 3350BC:

15. 3300BC:

16. 3250BC:

17. 3200BC:

18. 3150BC:

19. 3100BC:

20. 3050: Built our first Settler, and finished our third Land improvement.

Saved and Sent.

The settler is yours, I was thinking about placing him on the thin strip of land, maybe between the Wheat and Bannana, this could serve the double purpose of blocking other civs from the south and making a Canal. However the water to the east could be a large lake. I think a Canal would still come in handy though. Take her away bro.

Start: 3050BC.

Writing in 31 turns! Science at 10 percent.

1) 3000 BC- ZZZZZZZZZZ
2) 2950 BC- Zzzzzzzzzzz
3) 2900 BC- Utopia builds warrior. Settler is next.
4) 2850 BC- Zzzzzzzzzz
5) 2800 BC- zzzzzzzzzz

6) 2750 BC- Euphoria Canal has been built, 1N of Banannas, 1S of Wheat.
7) 2700 BC- Bloody Hell! Incan scout spotted far SE of our newest city. We trade them alhabet in exchange for Masonry and 30gp.
8) 2670 BC- Zzzzzzzzzzzz
9) 2630 BC- ZZZZZZZZZZzz
10) 2590 BC- Zzzzzzzzzzz

11) 2550 BC- Utopia builds settler. Settler is next.
12) 2510 BC- America warrior seen approching Euphoria Canal.

14) 2430 BC- Zzzzzzzzzzz
15) 2410 BC- going with the Byzantine theme for our 3rd city, Constantinople has been founded.

16) 2390 BC- Zzzzzzzzzzzz
17) 2350 BC- ZZZZZZZZZZzz
18) 2310 BC- Zzzzzzzzzzzz
19) 2270 BC- Zzzzzzzzzzz
20) 2230 BC- ZZzzzzzz

Take her away.

We tripled our nations area in size! We have one settler coming up next turn. I would suggest building it on the Spices 4 SE of Utopia. This will give us a ring of four cities really close together, with little corruption. In this way we can build a small army to crush the incas early on, instead of trying to compete with them for land in the south that we cannot defend to well at the moment, we'll work on our core and then, as I said, crush them. I'm sure I don't have to tell you this though.

The Americas don't seem to be too close by, which is a good thing, for them. Mwahahahhahahaha
both the Incas and the Americans have technology we can buy at this point, but I believe they do want gpt for it. I'll leave all that up to you.

There is some prime land in the north that will allow us to build a good sized little nation. All we really need to do at this point is defend the hell outta Euphoria Canal.

Cheers.

1. 2190: Utopia builds Settler, he's on his way SE to settle to spice lands.

2. 2150: The Yanks are building the pyramids.

3. 2110:

4. 2070:

5. 2030: Betelgeuse founded.

6. 1950: Inca are building the Colossus.

7. 1910:

8. 1870:

9. 1830: We have met the Babylonians. We give them Alphabet and Masonry, and they give us Iron Working and Ceremonial Burial. We also have Iron in our one mountain. Wahoo!

10. 1790: We have discovered Writing.

11. 1725:

12. 1700:

13. 1675: I give the Americans Iron Working and Writing for Warrior Code, Mystism, Mathematics, Pottery, the wheel and 50gp.

14. 1650:

15. 1625: We have me the Iroq.

16. 1600: Founded Desert Bazar.

17. 1575: We have me the Greeks. They are livin in the past.

18. 1550:

19. 1525: I give the Iroq Math for Horseback Riding and 61gp.

20. 1500: Your Turn, Take her away.

The settler to the far east is moving to the point of the peninsula. That spot get the city the wheat, fish whale and Spice, plus it leaves room for a city/canal which would have access to the East fish oasis, and the shield grassland. I'm not to sure what to do with that banana on that peninsula, but we do have another settler on the move.

If you can get it to me before thursday morning, I'll be able to play Thursday afternoon. I'm leaving for Calgary Friday morning (first thing), and wont be able to play till next tuesday (sept 6).

I can pretty much play Tuesday, Webnesday or Thursday mornings of this week.

If you wanna try and squeeze a turn in, I'm up for it, then you'll have a good 5 days time before I'll be able to play again.

Added: And don't forget, your up in the team PBEM.
