There is no going back.  You will want to register at Dipbounced.com first.  Check out all the rules of play here at Diplomacy Information.  You should also check out this site which gives strategy tips that I've found really useful.  Remember it's more about the diplomacy aspect than strategy (though strategy is important).  Good luck and I'll send out a pm to everyone.
