I have heard rumors of a new release of civ III. Whether it'll be another full-blown expansion pack or simply a load of fan content, a platinum edition, as some have said, is still under debate. Here's a thread at civfanatics discussing it. http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?p=4395582#post4395582 Everyone, quick! Email the producers and badger them to create a new expansion! This could breathe new life into the game and allow mod creaters greater freedom to create scenarios if it actually comes to pass!

Sound good? Ooh, that sounds tasty. Although, I don't see much "collecting" of signatures, considering how small the Civ 3 underground is at this point. But a fine extension of my idea!

Every little bit helps. Perhaps I could post it at Civfanatics as well. There are loads of people that still play and mod civ3 there. Should be ripe for the picking.

Haha, you spam to the Civfanatics from another civ fansite and they will ban you!!! Or at the very least, delete your post! EDIT: PSweet, I'll sign your petition too, because I still enjoy Civ3 and would love to see it, it's game engine, civ4 aside, improved upon.

I never said I will give THEM a link back here, I'll just post my letter along with an explanation and ask them to sign it. I'll include a link to that thread in my email to to producers. And it's good to have you on board LC, even if your allegience is rather...questionable.
