All our Chinese cities are soon to expand culturally, if they haven't already. That will boost our sphere of influence slightly. We have 2 more Greek cities and 9 more Zulu cities (4 on the mainland, one at former-Japan) to contend with. That should get us just about to what we need. If not we would need to take our Portugal or make hay with the Aztecs.
Everything else is an afterthought.
