I found this mod while looking to add some more civs to my game. It's a nice mod. It adds 49 civs to the game. They have a Civ4 and a Warlords version. There are a few minor bugs in the leaderheads and a few text errors, but they are working on a new version. It is easy to use the mod. Simply extract it to the "My Documents/My Games/Warlords (or Sid Meier's Civilization 4)/MODS" folder. One you have started up the game, go to "Advanced", choose "Load Mod", select it from the list, and it will restart with the mod. If a civ was added in Warlords, but a paticular leader wasn't, they did include the new leader in the Warlords version.
