Yea, I was about to get warlords too - guess I'll wait.  Suckers.  They just lost 40 bucks.

Whether or not this expansion "includes" warlord is probably irrelevent.  It'll definately include all of the additions that warlords had.  Even if it doesn't, it'll be more advanced - I don't see any reason to have warlords after this comes out unless it's a major flop.

I don't really care about more civs, more units, more techs etc.

There are 5 things I would need in this game foremost:
- Fix the AI bug, where the AI doesn't brake off naval blockades of their cities.
- Add feature of negotiating your war declaration for something else, just like you may negotiate with other factions about their military help
- The same with vassal state + make AI more flexible about accepting vassalage, where it sometimes would allow trading off the vassalage earlier instead of waiting until the faction is so weak it accepts it for free.
- Fix the gold per turn feature to full functionality, where it is anchored to total income of the civ, like in SMAC, not to current surplus by current setting, like in civ3 and civ4 + teach AI to use this feature properly.
- Loan agreements: Lump sum of y gold for x gold per turn per z turns. + teach AI to use this feature. + credit agreements(the previous one reversed)

Does anyone have any idea what the system requirements will be? I have a lower-end computer that can handle Warlords at standard, but that's about as high as it'll go, unless it's an early conquest win on huge.

I'm willing to bet that it will have almost identical requirements.

I don't know.... Considering that they have 60 days left, and only two dev interviews and five screenshots, it seems to me like they need to get their **** together.

Or I could be wrong and they're just very tight.... Here's hopin'

I woul also like to see the human player having the capacity to click a resource (or open border agreement) to indicate that trding is not open for negotiation so don't bother me about it (as the AI has now).

I'd also like to see some sort of storing of raw materials, in the sense that you can put aside a quantity for future use. Also, the concept that one mine will supply a large civilisation as easily as a small one is simplistic.
