DECISION

By quorum vote, the Senate decides the following:

The current Supreme Justices, ManiacalMonkey and Von Clausewitz will be dismissed with immediate effect.

If this passes the Senate must then hold elections for replacement justices, as per the constitution.

JUSTIFICATION

Both Justices cannot devote adequate time to the DGame, we need to replace them to keep the game moving.

All votes are to be cast in person with a call of Aye if in favor, Nay if not in favor, or Abstain if indifferent to the proposed draft.

(Note that only the 3 senators in the reduced senate may vote on this)

MM and VC are now officially dismissed, and new election campaigns will be run for Justices.

The supreme court just has some housekeeping jobs to put some of the constitutional amendments actually in place.\

We need a new Justice, or an admin to go and make these changes. The first task of a new justice will be to put all these in place, I will nag them until they do...

I think a Judge should make the changes instead of me. I could do it, but I think it's important (as soon as we have a/some judges) that we get back on track as far as each officials responsibilities.

That's fair enough, looks like I'll be doing some nagging...
