As President, I bring before the Senate the following:

Per Article II Section 5 of the Constitution, I request the authority to place 1BC's third city on the Yellow X location on the pic attached below.

Naming of aforementioned city will be left at default.
Senators (or appointed deputies in the case of Senatorial absence), please post your vote yea, nay, or abstain.

Ah, I'm torn. I still think the Red X is the way to go, but most people do seem to think that Yellow is better. Do I vote for my opinions, or those of my constituents...? NAY.
