I'm not exactly available at the moment either but that should be changing very soon. Trying to see what kind of interest there would be though before plowing into it. I'm tired of having PBEMs that get held up or ended by technical problems. I'm imposing a moratorium on all PBEMs for myself for a while. Well, our last one was great in that aspect. It just ended prematurely because of the actions of a few...  I hate to see your thread not get any responses. But I'm not interested. I got too much work, and I've discovered the History in the Making Mod for Civ4 BTS which will sate my SP Civ urge during what free time I'll have over the next six months.
No worries but you should know it's not civ at all (writing this for the benefit of anyone who reads). There is a bit of time consumption, however long deadlines could remedy that to a degree. 7 days per turn is definately doable, though I worry that the long time in between may cause some to lose interest. The time between turns is for the purpose of talking with the other players to decide the moves you will coordinate. That's really where your time is taken up, not in actually playing the turns.
