I started this game on Friday and played quite a bit of it (much to the frustration of my wife ). I'm up through about 1900 and I have to agree with Jerm. This is probably the most boring game of civ I've played. hehe. May I suggest we do a duel map with 5 or 6 rivals? I played one a week ago and it was really fun. The end gets a bit nonchallenging but if we were all trying to get to the end before other players did, that would eliminate that problem. Perhaps taking domination off the table would give it an extra bit of challenge for the end as well. I played it in roughly 5 hours but it was at fast paced speed. Anyway, there was no shortage of action.

Done. Not a whole lot to spoil, so I'm not using the "spoiler" feature. Boring game. Finally had war late in the game and milked it until I got a domination victory. I was very ready for this one to end.

I gave it a long try. My early game strategy sucked. By the time I caught up the mali were closing in quick on cultural victory too fast for me to stop.
