Well my first and only city has gone into civil disorder and I don't how to get rid of it.

I've made everyone into entertainers but it still won't work. They're saying the cause of the disorder is overpopulation...

Thanks in advance.

You have to make sure you have more 'happy people' than 'unhappy people'. You can create more happy faces by building temples, connecting happiness resources but you can also change city workers into entertainers.

Sure you havent just changed Government types?

Increase the amount of $$ paid to ENTERNTAINMENT rather than all just science.
