I've Civilization IV, Gold Edition. The abridged manual indicates on the cover that the full manual can be found on disk 3. How do you access it? I've examined the contents of the CD and all I can find is a single CAB file. Is there some other way to get to the manual? Is the manual missing? Thanks in advance.
