There is a very nice bug in Civilization III. I played it before there were the Windows XP computers (Civ III without PTW doesn't run on XP).

When you play Civ III on a computer which has a Windows version older than XP, a bombardment unit can bombard any field on the map (on another continent for example) if you give the Bombard command, and then click the target field within only a fraction of a second. This wasn't possible anymore when I had to install Play the World next to it in order to run it under Windows XP. I just discovered that by accident, it was pretty funny. A catapult bombing another continent is a bit odd to say the least, but in the case of stealth bombers it adds a realistic touch, those planes can get anywhere on the world in real life.
