hey all i just bought the game and the cursor keeps blinking in game-play, i have above the rec require and win vista home basic how can i fix this problem? and what is causing it?

I couldn't find the answer here at 1BC, but I did look around at Civfanatics, and found similar issues. LINK

Looks like perhaps you can fix it by turning off the Mouse trail (Control Panel > Mouse > Pointer Options)

Hi my CIV 4 has a prob that says it is missing the file3DX9_32.DLL

and it does not let me play CIV 4 anymore!!!! :O  (This happened after installing the latest patch.)
